At Golazo, we value your privacy and are committed to the expectations of our event participants, spectators, athletes as well as our partners, suppliers, job applicants and employees. Therefore, we make every effort in this privacy statement to explain in clear and plain language what personal data we collect, what we use it for and what your rights are in this regard.

Golazo NV, with its registered office at Schoebroekstraat 8, 3583 Paal (Belgium), and registered in the CBE under number 0543.703.410 and/or its subsidiaries and/or related entities of the Golazo Group, in particular Golazo Sports BV, a company incorporated under Dutch Law, with its registered office at Oppert 21A, 3011 HT Rotterdam (Netherlands), and registered in the CBE under number 24307617 (hereinafter ‘Golazo’), are the data controllers of your personal data.

Golazo operates in the Netherlands, as well as in Belgium and France. Your personal data will not be used by or shared with the foreign entities of the Golazo Group.You can always contact us at privacy@golazo.com or by post at the aforementioned address if you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data.

2. WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT APPLY TO?


This privacy statement applies only to personal data that Golazo collects and processes through cookies on the corporate website (https://www.golazo.com/).
For any other processing of personal data, for example when you apply for a job, participate in an event or contact Golazo as a professional partner, it will always be clearly indicated which privacy statement applies.

We may change our privacy statement from time to time. Please ensure that you consult the most recent version of our privacy statement each time you visit our website.
We endeavour to process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR“).
